Be honest. On those warm summer nights when the moon ripples across the reflecting pool behind the Washington Monument, could you really pass up a quick dip? Neither can ole Abe here, especially if he's taunted by it every day. Not sure why he takes off all his clothes, though. Could just be to keep them dry, could be early signs of senility. I suppose after such an achievement as bringing the country back together, you can pretty much do whatever you want.
